As part of a PMF Challenge Team, I led a cross-agency risk assessment for the IRS Identity Assurance (IA) division during a major reorganization. I conducted stakeholder interviews, reviewed program documents, and identified key operational and reputational risks tied to digital identity verification.
Working closely with IA leadership and external contractors, I developed mitigation strategies and presented a 40-minute briefing on top-priority risks and recommended actions. The project was well received by IRS leadership and contributed to strengthening the agency’s risk posture during a critical transformation.
