About Me.
Finding the signal through the noise: I design and build intelligence-driven systems that help researchers, organizations, and investors identify, evaluate, and act on high-value opportunities. My work sits at the intersection of global risk, emerging technology, and investigative analysis—transforming fragmented data into structured, decision-ready insight.
After earning my M.A. in Global Risk from Johns Hopkins SAIS and completing the Presidential Management Fellowship, I developed my foundation across federal investigations and international threat intelligence. Today, I apply that same rigor to building data pipelines, signal monitoring frameworks, and analytical tools that surface patterns, track institutional behavior, and prioritize what matters.
My approach combines structured analysis with practical implementation—bridging investigative thinking, data systems, and real-world application to support research, policy, and venture-facing work.
